Frequently asked questions

I paid but the app still shows the upgrade screen.: Tap Restore Purchases (on the Premium screen (Restore purchases)). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in your Apple Account, not in the app: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple's instructions.
How do I get a refund?: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?: No. Every PDF tool runs on your device. Your documents, their names and their contents are never sent to us or to anyone else. The only exception is Web to PDF, which loads the web page you enter from that website.
Can the app remove a password I don't know?: No. You need the current password to unlock a PDF. This protects documents that belong to someone else.
Why do I see ads, and how do I remove them?: Ads keep the app free. Premium removes them. You can also choose whether ads may be personalised: in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or later in *iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking*.
How do I delete my data?: Delete files in History, or delete the app. Your documents live only on your device, so this removes them completely.
