Frequently asked questions

I paid but the app still shows the upgrade screen.: Tap Restore Purchases (on the Premium screen, or in Settings → Restore Purchases). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in your Apple Account, not in the app: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple's instructions.
How do I get a refund?: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The AI feature asks me to agree before it works. Why?: AI features send the text you type, dictate or share to OpenAI. We ask first so you know exactly what is shared. If you tap Not Now, nothing is sent and the AI feature does not run.
Voice Brain Dump is not transcribing.: Open iOS Settings → Clarity AI and turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition. Transcription is done by Apple's speech recognition service.
Summarising from another app says to open Clarity first.: Open Clarity once while you are online and agree to AI data processing. The Share sheet uses the same choice.
How many AI runs are free?: You can try every AI tool for free with a limited number of runs. Clarity Premium unlocks unlimited AI for every tool.
How do I delete my data?: Use Settings → Clear All Data in the app, or delete the app. Your tasks live on your device, so this removes them completely.
