Frequently asked questions

I paid but the app still shows the upgrade screen.

Open the upgrade screen inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple Account rather than in the app. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple's instructions.

Where are the files I converted?

They are saved in the History tab, where you can reopen or share them.

The app cannot open my PDF.

If the file is password protected, unlock it first with the Unlock PDF tool. Very large files may take longer to process — please keep the app open while it works.
